Sharing the good news.....

Now that might be presumptuous, assuming that the meager messages posted here are good news.......
but most of the time it is about God's gift to us in Jesus Christ and that is good news for many.

Perhaps it could be good news for someone you know.  Someone who is hesitant or angry or disappointed in God's church.  Someone who might read these meandering thoughts and begin to hear God calling them into new life.  Someone with whom you could share the reading and just perhaps they will begin a conversation with God and ....down the road....with you.

If so, this could be your foray into sharing God's good news with another.  Pray about it: Who might need to hear just this word?

I know, it smacks of self-aggrandizement, but if we can help a friend move from the darkness to the light, it is worth the risk.
